Sales Manager DACH-Region (m/f)

As a member of Foyer Global Health's sales team you will support in the efficient execution of the business sales strategy to profitably grow our international portfolio and achieve significant market share in the DACH region (i.e. German Speaking Countries) In practice this is an exciting position requiring high levels of sales experience backed up by excellent, interpersonal and influential skills.

Your tasks:

  • Implement business strategies to achieve profitable business relationships and identify new revenue opportunities.
  • Responsible for meeting assigned sales goals.
  • Research and develop new business opportunities within assigned geographic areas/industry categories/market segments.
  • Generate and follow up new business leads to meet sales and profitability targets in line with overall strategy.
  • Prepare focused, client-specific presentations for new business emphasising the USP of the company product versus the competition.
  • Build and maintain harmonious business relationship with intermediaries to penetrate on both multinational and SME client segments.
  • Serve as a liaison between clients and company departments.
  • Participate in specific projects, e.g. review of service standards, development of product and pricing strategy as well as product literature.

Your Profile:

We are looking for a new colleague with the following areas of expertise:
  • 3 years sales experience in the field of (health) insurance with a focus not only on growth but also on profitability.
  • Ability to work independently to achieve ambitious new business targets.
  • Technical/Functional expertise: Project Management, Analytical, Financial skills and Product Knowledge.
  • Ability to drive results through thinking strategically and executing a strategy across multiple geographic regions.
  • Ability to foster collaboration, value others perspectives and gain support and buy-in for organizational proposals.
  • Ability to work effectively with multi-discipline, multi-cultural team.
  • In-depth knowledge of the insurance distribution channels (mainly brokers) in the DACH region.
  • Fluent in German and English (French and any other language skills would be considered as an asset).
