In this position you will directly report to a team leader within the Claims department. The overall goal of this role is to provide flawless support and accurate information to individual and corporate clients, with a focus on the Swiss/French cross-border clientele.

As we are providing our services in English, German, Spanish, French and Dutch, you will be part of an international and multilingual team. 


Your responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming telephone calls from clients, brokers, partners or providers accurately and professionally to facilitate the achievement of a high level of client satisfaction;
  • Make follow up calls to clients and internal departments and build a rapport with each client;
  • Respond to client and broker inquiries accurately and professionally and if necessary, liaise with other departments in the company or our offices worldwide for support to ensure an efficient and professional response is given to achieve client satisfaction and retention;
  • Commit to the department`s service standards affecting turnaround times;
  • Develop extensive and sound product knowledge in order to provide timely and accurate information to our clients;
  • Participate in departmental medical training to expand knowledge of medical terminology and procedures;
  • Other Ad hoc duties


Your profile:

  • Solid knowledge and experience of international health insurance business, especially of the French market (5 years and above)
  • Thorough understanding of customer service processes
  • Good medical understanding
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to clearly and comprehensibly outline complex issues
  • Positive attitude and strong desire to meet client demands.
  • Ability to work efficiently within an international team environment as well as to work under pressure while still submitting high quality results
  • Honesty and integrity are further behavioral competencies required
  • A very good command of at English and French. Each additional language is considered an advantage
