WEALINS is currently looking for Investment Manager. Reporting to the Finance Department, you will be responsible for managing the activities of the Investments department within WEALINS and its team of around a dozen people.


In collaboration with the Chief Financial Officer, you will prepare and monitor the budgets and action plan of his business line to implement WEALINS' strategy.


Your tasks:


Production management:


  • Supervise Fund Services, Investment Compliance, Acceptance and Monitoring activities for unlisted or illiquid assets.
  • Review documentation of assets underlying insurance contracts.
  • Verify and validate Net Asset Values of Internal Dedicated Funds / Specialized Insurance Funds.
  • Organize the Investment Committee, participate in the Sustainability Committee.
  • Update policies relating to the Investments activity.
  • Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and work instructions.
  • Manage internal and external audits.
  • Support sales teams on investment issues.


Team management: 


  • Define employees' annual objectives and support them in achieving them.
  • Encourage employees' professional development.
  • Ensure fair distribution of work.


Change Management:


  • Suggest improvements to the working environment.
  • Encourage initiative.
  • Contribute to business and technology development initiatives.


Risk Management: 


  • Identify, analyse and manage operational and financial risks.
  • Implement internal controls to minimise risk.
  • Monitor errors and implement corrective actions.


Your profile:


  • You will have a master’s degree in finance, economics, management or a related field.
  • You will have at least 6 years' experience in a similar position with coordination experience.
  • You will have in-depth knowledge of financial markets and instruments, as well as a thorough understanding of investment flows.
  • You are proficient in asset management and financial analysis tools and software such as Bloomberg, Reuters, Excel, etc.
  • You are autonomous, rigorous and organised, with a perfect command of numbers.
  • You have a perfect command of French and English.
