WEALINS is currently looking for an Senior Accountant Officer who will integrate the team of the Accounting & Reporting Manager in charge of the company’s General Accounting, Partner Billing and Commission management.


Your tasks:


Production management :


  • Enter simple and complex accounting operations (year-end operations).
  • Monitor supplier invoices and reconcile budgets.
  • Execute payment instructions and ensure their follow-up.
  • Reconcile accounts, analyze, control accounting balances, and justify variations between periods.
  • Prepare accounts for quarterly and annual closures of the company, verify their consistency, and submit them for approval.


Team management :


  • Demonstrate team spirit and share knowledge and best practices with peers.
  • Coordinate the work of other professionals and/or collaborators to ensure the success of a project within the business line.
  • Continuously develop skills and knowledge and share them.


Change Management:


  • Analyze situations, propose and/or implement simple and flexible solutions, after validation, to solve problems in your area of expertise.
  • Participate in the collective dynamic of change.
  • Demonstrate adherence to changes proposed by the company.
  • Apply behaviors and attitudes in line with the values of the FOYER group and the mottos of WEALINS.


Risk Management :


  • Participate in risk mitigation with all departments of the accounting department.
  • Ensure the management and follow-up of suspensions related to manager and custodian bank invoices and commissions/trailer fees in collaboration with the accounting department.
  • Implement necessary actions with the accounting department to mitigate financial risk by maximizing the processing of suspensions.


Your profile :


  • You have a minimum a Bachelor degree in Accounting/Taxation, Business Management, or equivalent.
  • You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position.
  • You have a perfect command of accounting principles and practices in LUXGAAP & JV.
  • You have good knowledge of corporate law, Luxembourg corporate taxation, and VAT.
  • You have very good knowledge of taxation on income from securities.
  • You are proficient in the SAP accounting software and office tools.
  • You are autonomous, rigorous, and organized, with a perfect command of numbers.
  • You have a perfect command of French and English.
