As we continue to evolve, we are seeking a talented and forward-thinking Quality & Feedback Intern with a digital mindset, including proficiency in technologies like PowerBI, Excel and PowerPoint, to join our team.
As an International Health Insurance Quality & Feedback Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting the department in monitoring, analyzing, and improving service quality and customer experience. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in quality management practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of our operations.
1. Assist in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting customer feedback and operational data.
2. Support the development and monitoring of quality KPIs and dashboards.
3. Conduct root cause analysis for service issues and propose actionable improvements.
4. Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance with quality standards
5. Prepare reports and presentations to aid decision-making and management reviews.
6. Participate in meetings and discussions related to quality improvement initiatives.
7. Perform other tasks related to quality assurance and feedback management as assigned.
Currently enrolled in a degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, Marketing, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Customer Experience Management tools
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic and multicultural work environment.
Language skills: Proficient in English. French, German or any other language are considered as an asset.
