WEALINS is recruiting a Senior Account Officer to join its Business Solutions team within the Sales, Wealth Planning & Marketing department.


Your tasks :

  • Manage the onboarding of financial partners and intermediaries, including due diligence, initial validation, and coordination of partnership agreements, while ensuring accurate and complete documentation

  • Act as a key point of contact for partners, managing requests and fostering strong, long-term relationships throughout the lifecycle

  • Support partners throughout their lifecycle by delivering responsive support and providing tailored solutions

  • Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, and all administrative and operational processess throughout the partner lifecycle

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and proactively adapt to regulatory changes

  • Monitor partner satisfaction and relationship quality through key indicators such as NPS and onboarding experience

  • Collaborate closely with Country Managers to identify and develop business opportunities

  • Ensure high-quality, accurate, and efficient execution of tasks by adhering to best practices and contributing to continuous improvement

  • Contribute to team success by collaborating with stakeholders, sharing best practices, and driving continuous improvement through actionable recommendations


Your profile :


  • Degree in Finance, Law, Accounting, Insurance, or a related field

  • At least 5 years of experience in life insurance, with strong understanding of industry practices

  • Fluent in Spanish, as well as French or English (written and spoken)

  • Solid knowledge of life insurance products and applicable regulatory frameworks

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and contractual documentation

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with partners, clients and internal stakeholders

  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Proven ability to work autonomously, solve problems, and make sound decisions

  • Proactive mindset, with a strong willingness to learn and adapt in a changing environment
