Global Health is the international health insurance brand of Luxembourg’s leading insurance group, Foyer. We specialize in supporting globally mobile clients, offering high-quality services across borders in a fast-evolving international environment.

We are looking for a Client Service Manager (M/F/N) who enjoys engaging with clients from around the world and delivering outstanding service experiences. In this role, you will be at the heart of our operations, building strong relationships with clients, brokers, and partners across different countries and cultures.

Your Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming inquiries from clients, brokers, partners, and providers in a professional and solution-oriented manner

  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through accurate and timely responses

  • Build strong relationships with clients through follow-ups and personalized interactions

  • Liaise with internal departments and international offices to ensure efficient case handling

  • Respect service standards and turnaround times

  • Develop strong product knowledge to provide clear and reliable information

  • Continuously improve your understanding of medical terminology and procedures through training

  • Support additional ad hoc tasks when needed


Your Profile

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service, ideally in international health insurance

  • Knowledge in the use of Microsoft Office tools.

  • Strong understanding of customer service processes and client expectations

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Ability to explain complex topics clearly and professionally

  • Positive, client-oriented mindset and strong sense of responsibility

  • Medical knowledge or willingness to learn

  • Ability to work as part of a team yet also independently

  • Languages

    • Fluent English is mandatory

    • French is required for this role

    • German is considered a strong asset

    • Additional languages are a plus
