As we continue to evolve, we are seeking a motivated and organised Trainee to join us for a 6-month placement, helping bring structure and visibility to how project, requests, tickets, and changes are managed across the business.



Position Summary


As a Service Delivery & Change Management Trainee, you will work closely with our Service delivery, project and operations teams to actively manage and organise the flow of development requests, support tickets, and change requests across our core platforms. You will play a key role in helping the team gain control and visibility over current workloads, while supporting the rollout of a standardised change management process via a dedicated IT tool. This internship offers hands-on experience in IT service management, project management, ticketing systems, and change governance within a real, fast-moving business environment.



Key Responsibilities


1. Support the team in organising and triaging the current development tickets for our core insurance platform categorising and prioritising outstanding requests.

2. Actively manage and triage the IT helpdesk ticket queue, ensuring requests are logged, categorised, and routed correctly.

3. Support the setup and rollout of the central change management system across our workstreams

4. Help maintain a clear, structured record of requests and changes to support a formal Change Advisory Board (CAB) approval process.

5. Collaborate with the service delivery team to help plan and track the businesses development roadmap.

6. Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of ticketing and change processes.



Qualifications


• Currently enrolled in a degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.

• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic and multicultural work environment.

• Language skills: Proficient in English. German or French would be considered an asset.
