Junior Compliance Officer (H/F)- CDD

WEALINS works in collaboration with advisory and financial professionals and its offering is designed for a wealthy international client base. We offer solutions for residents in Belgium, Finland, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Norway, Portugal, Spain, and Sweden.

As part of its expansion, Wealins is seeking for his Compliance department a Junior Compliance Officer for a short term mission until the 31/12/2024.

Your mission

Your role will include but is not limited to:

• Ensuring compliance and monitoring of international activities.
• Validating requests to enter into relationships with international clients,
• Validating clients’ operations 
• Performing KYC reviews
• Controlling international activities by carrying out first and second level controls
• Taking part to the Compliance Monitoring Plan

Your profile

• You have obtained or are currently registered for a bachelor or a master in Law, Finance or Economy
• You have a first experience preferably in Life Insurance and/or as a Compliance Officer
• You are well organized, rigorous, have very good communication skills, and you are a good team worker
• You are dynamic and proactive
• You are having a hands-on-mentality and being a self-starter
• Service-oriented and results-focused
• Fluent in French. Good understanding of English. Any other European language is an advantage
