As part of its expansion, Wealins is looking for an Wealth Planner.
Reporting to the Sales Department and working closely with the Legal, Administrative, and Marketing Departments as well as the sales teams (salespeople and partners of Wealins), you will ensure the control and validation of the innovative solutions developed.
Additionally, you will be responsible for managing a budget to implement wealth and tax engineering solutions and managing relationships with external advisors.
Your missions:
Provide technical and legal support to the sales teams (salespeople and partners of FISA).
Conduct wealth, tax, and legal studies in the context of setting up or administering a life insurance and/or capitalization contract.
Help the sales teams (salespeople and partners) stand out from the competition, particularly through preferential treatment of high-end prospects (HNWI and UHNWI).
Develop and deliver (with or without external support) a program of legal and tax training for salespeople and partners on topics directly or indirectly related to the company's activities.
Write and create presentations and marketing materials related to wealth and estate engineering solutions for partners and sales teams in collaboration with the Sales Support and Marketing teams.
Participate in communication actions and events for partners/clients.
Directly intervene in certain approaches and meetings intended for partners to promote the products and services offered by the company.
Participate in the creation and updating of a database of various wealth and estate engineering solutions. Ensure access to legal and tax documentation.
Be proactive and actively participate in the development of new solutions/new products.
Your profile:
You have a university education in law, economics, and/or taxation.
You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
You have good knowledge of wealth, estate, and tax matters.
You are comfortable with structuring aspects related to life insurance.
You are autonomous, rigorous, and organized.
You have a strong commercial sense and good listening skills.
You are solution-oriented.
You are fluent in English. Any additional languages, especially Finnish or Swedish, are a huge advantage.
