The Foyer offer includes, subject to the applicable policy terms and conditions, cover for key travel-related situations such as cancellation, flight delay, medical assistance and repatriation, luggage, as well as personal electronic equipment carried in the cabin, including laptops, smartphones and cameras.

Should the unexpected happen, claims management is handled by Foyer and is fully digitalised: customers can declare claims online and track them through the MyFoyer mobile application.

The offer is available in six languages – French, German, English, Italian, Portuguese and Spanish – reflecting the diversity of Luxair’s customer base.
