As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a Senior Operations Officer for Nordics countries.
Within the Client & Partner Services Department, you will join the team dedicated to the Nordics and German markets. In this role, you will be responsible for managing complex life insurance operations while providing a high level of service to our institutional partners, financial managers, intermediaries, and high-net-worth clients.
Your Missions
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, partners, intermediaries and sales teams, ensuring a high level of service and responsiveness.
Analyse and assess incoming files in compliance with AML/KYC requirements, acceptance procedures and regulatory standards.
Ensure the completeness, accuracy and quality of client documentation throughout the contract lifecycle.
Manage life insurance contracts from inception to maturity, including administrative and financial operations, contract amendments, premium monitoring and benefit payments.
Validate and process transactions within delegated authority levels while ensuring compliance with internal policies and risk guidelines.
Coordinate account openings with custodian banks and implement management instructions with financial managers.
Prepare and issue contractual documentation and amendments, while maintaining strong relationships with clients, partners and sales consultants.
Handle operational queries, investigations and contract management requests efficiently and accurately.
Monitor service quality, identify improvement opportunities and contribute to operational excellence.
Manage complex and non-standard cases, providing sound analysis and pragmatic solutions.
Collaborate closely with internal departments, including Sales, Wealth & Marketing, Compliance, and Operations, to ensure seamless processing and service delivery.
Your Profile
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Insurance, Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in life insurance, wealth insurance, private banking or financial services.
Native-level Finnish speaker with fluent English; any additional European language is an asset, particularly Norwegian or Swedish.
Strong knowledge of life insurance products, AML/KYC requirements and associated operational processes.
Comfortable handling complex cases within a regulated and fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Excellent communication and relationship management skills, with a strong client-centric mindset.
Able to work independently while contributing proactively to team success.
Curious, solution-oriented and willing to challenge the status quo to deliver the best outcomes.
